Meditation
is the heart of OMZ. Transformation happens easily
when we see that
we are the Buddha, the "awakened
one." All you need to meditate is the desire
to awaken, which we all share. You can sit
either on a meditation
cushion (zafu) or a chair. Be sure to wear
comfortable clothing so as not to impair circulation.
