Thursday, May 15th thru Sunday, May 18th: American Zen Retreat at the Cerveny Conference Center in Live Oak, FL. This retreat will include Breathwork, Zen Dialogue, Yoga and of course lots of sitting meditation and interviews. Remember, if you don't plan a long time in advance you'll never do a retreat! If you give yourself too much time to "think" about it something else will always come up, but nothing is as valuable as retreat time. $250 for OMZC or Gainesville UU members/$295 non-members. |
