Weekday sessions
consist of two, 30-minute periods of sitting meditation
with walking meditation in between. On Sunday there is a 30-minute
meditation period at 9:15 for students and members only. At 10 am there is a session
open to the public followed by a Dharma Talk by Sensei Al
Rapaport or a Senior Student
Meditation is the heart of Open Mind Zen. All you need to meditate is the
desire to
clarify your mind and your life. Meditation cushions and chairs are available at the Center.
Be sure to wear comfortable clothing so as not to impair circulation.
